Our tallow is wet-rendered and filtered using steam distillation — no chemicals, no additives, no preservatives — which yields a clean, pure product.

We partner with trusted U.S. farms and use high-quality beef fat that is Non-GMO and rendered here in Delaware, USA.

At room temperature it has a consistency similar to firm butter, and it melts around 120°F. In warmer months, the texture may vary slightly.

Tallow can be re-hardened by melting and then placing in the fridge (not freezer).

When properly stored:

• Up to 1 year at room temperature
  
• Up to 2 years in the refrigerator
  
• 3-4 years if frozen
  
  Be sure it’s sealed and kept out of direct sunlight.

Its uses are very versatile:

• Cooking/frying/roasting/baking — high smoke point, excellent performance.
  
• Seasoning cast iron, baking crusts, tortillas, etc.
  
• DIY skincare, balms, soaps, salves — because of its smooth texture and fatty acid profile.
